MDS Advisory Services, LLC (MDS) is a consulting firm I started to leverage my experience as an IP attorney and early-stage investor and advisor. MDS provides comprehensive advisory services to technology startups and companies, specializing in legal advice on commercial law, contract review, intellectual property matters, and patent application preparation.
